FAQ

What time is the club open?
During term time, we are open from 07:30 until 09:00 in the mornings and from 15:00 until 18:00 after school. Sessions start from 3pm, as our staff need to be in the building ready to collect the children just in case they're across before 3.15. This means all afternoon bookings start from 3pm and you'll need to round to the next half an hour slot. So if you're picking up anytime between 4.01 and 4.30, it will be 1.5 hours that you'll need to book and so on.

How much does it cost to send my child to the out of school club?
We charge £4.60 per hour for both term time and school holiday hours.

How do I book?
We will release the booking forms on the website, Facebook Group and via email part way through the current month for the following month. You will have until the end of the day on the final Thursday before the first date on the new form to book. After this point, late bookings may be subject to a fee of £5 at the clubs discretion.

For example, September 2022's form was released on the 17th August, and will close on Thursday 1st September. The first available date to book will the the 5th September.
When is payment due and how often?
Payment is due monthly, in advance for the up and coming month. Your payment should be made before the 1st day of the month. Your invoice will have the due date clearly stated at the top.

Your invoice is created manually by a member of our admin team, so this may take a couple of days to come through to you. Due to this, human errors may also occur, so if something doesn't look right with your invoice, please send us an email and we'll look into it for you.
Do I have to book set periods?
No, you can book as many or as little hours as you like, up to 4.5 hours per day during term time. But there is a 10 hours per month minimum booking. That means that if you book less than 10 hours per form, an additional fee will be added of £4.60 per hour to bring you up to 10 hours.

If you drop your child off early, or pick them up late, your bill will be increased to cover the additional childcare. For example if you have booked 2 hours from 3pm, this means your pick-up time is 5pm. If you pick up after 5 but before 5.30, your hours will be changed to 2.5 to cover the extra time.
